About the Presenters

Ms Carmen Hui and Ms Jun Lu are members of the management team at Sunnyday Home Care. Both are Registered Nurses and Monash University graduates, with extensive clinical experience across hospital and community healthcare settings.

Carmen began her nursing career with Monash Health, specialising in perioperative nursing, now in her final year of a Law Degree, major in Health Law. Jun commenced her nursing career in the United States before returning to Australia, where she worked with Monash Health and The Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Drawing on their extensive healthcare experience, Carmen and Jun have also developed expertise in supporting older people with Support at Home applications and assessment preparation. They provide practical pre-assessment guidance to help older people and their families better understand the assessment process and prepare for the support they may need.
